PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
Oral Presentation Guidelines
🔵 The time allocated to a standard oral presentation is 20 minutes (presentation + discussion).
So, it's preferable to prepare shorter presentations.
🔵 The time allocated for invited talks will be 30 minutes in total.
🔵 Acceptable digital format for presentation - 16:9 aspect ratio ppx PowerPoint for Windows.
🔵Save the file with a name that includes your oral presentation number and abstract title, according to the following format <presentation number>_<presentation title>. For example OP148_Hydrogel microparticles for biosensing.ppt
🔵 Participants are invited to provide their presentations to the registration desk area at least two hours before the presentation time or the day before in case of the morning sessions.
🔵 The use of personal laptop will not be allowed except for MAC presentations.
🔵 International Participants should send their presentations to matscience.22@gmail.com by December 10th, 2022.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
🔵 All posters must be written in English.
🔵 The posters should be prepared in format A1 as is given in the template. Please use the “portrait” position.
🔵 Make sure that the poster is not crowded with too many letters or numbers. Posters should be easy to read from a 2-meter distance.
🔵 The Posters should be set up in the Poster Area from 11:00 a.m. on December 13th and must be removed by December, 15th, 15:00 at the latest. Those posters left in the Poster Area will not be kept.
🔵 The posters can be viewed during breaks and lunchtime throughout the entire Conference. 🔵 The presenting author should be available near the poster during the Poster Sessions to discuss his/her poster with interested colleagues.
🔵 The Poster boards will be marked with numbers according to the numbering system provided in the program.
🔵 Conference Staff will assist and provide tapes for fastening the posters.
